I wanted a 2nd TV for our less frequently used family space in our lower level. My alone requirements were that it be passably priced, at least 32″, and interface with my older DVD player with component connections, and my older VCR with composite connections (yes, my nippers still ticker the occasional VHS movie). Frankly I didn’t aid if it was internet connectable for Netflix, or received a specific refresh rate.
